NCCC'S most ambitious project to date is perhaps the township that they are building in Panacan, the current site of their supermarket. The 6-hectare property will have hotels, convention center, condominiums, mall and even a university.

"We want a live-work-and-play environment for the Panacan project. For our hotel, we want to bring in a global brand. It's about time to give Dabawenyos the best brands and a world class experience," Lim said.
