DoubleDragon taps CK Builders to construct biggest hotel in Mindanao

DoubleDragon Properties Corp. has tapped CK Builders Inc. to construct Hotel 101-Davao, set to be the biggest hotel in the Mindanao region.

Hotel 101-Davao is a joint venture project of HOA and Davao-based W2JP2 Corp. which will rise on a 5,300-square meter lot on Eco West Drive in Davao City.

"Hotel 101-Davao will be the largest hotel in Mindanao with 519 hotel rooms, a commercial and retail strip, and facilities to cater convention," DoubleDragon said in an earlier disclosure.
